Qualification: Any Graduate/ MBA preferable
Experience: Min 7-8 years as HR and handling team
Salary: 35K - 40K per month NTH

Job Responsibilties
1) Need to handle Payroll and Attendance Management
2) Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
3) Setting KPI & KRA/ PMS/General Administration activities and manage the HR team
4) Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and Performance
5) Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and regulatory requirements
6) Support payroll (ESIC, PF) ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
