Job Opening for Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Qualification: Bachelor’s (Any Stream)
Experience : 6 months to 1 year (Preferably from Hospitality or Automobiles )
Salary : 10k-15k per month.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Must be well versed in basic MS-Office/ Excel.
*Must be fluent in Hindi, English, Assamese and Bengali.
Job responsibilities:
*Handle incoming calls from prospects or existing customers.
*Maintain and update lead database with accurate details.
*Updates customer records and track follow –up activities.
* Log all customer interactions in CRM system.
*Manage social media accounts and emails.
* Handle WhatsApp communication professionally.
