Opening for Shift Incharge for a Factory
Qualification – Graduate and above
Experience: 3-5 year in manufacturing and production industry
Salary 20k – 25k plus incentive per month based on experience
Candidates must be flexible for night shift duties.
Job location- Guwahati
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and leave/ overtime requests
-Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
-Coordinate and supervise shift operations to ensure they meet productivity targets and quality standards.
-Train, develop and motivate staff to improve performance and meet objectives.
Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed
-Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise during the assigned shift.
