Qualification: B.E/B.Tech
Should be an engineering graduate in any discipline, preferably in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent from a reputed institute
Responsibilities:
Experience in leading a team of service engineers to manage large datacenter / customer site with sound technical knowledge in the areas of Windows and Linux based server administration, hardware and management. He shall be the single point of contact for the client and capable of taking responsibility and leading the whole hardware and networking service team. Adequate knowledge on monitoring and management of network systems is desirable.
