    Job Description »
    Location: Kokrajhar,Diphu & Haflong,Silchar Language - Hindi, Assamese,English Skills- -Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7/8/10 and Microsoft Office and any other authorized desktop applications Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, application servers, and administrative systems. - Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware, UPS and any other authorized peripheral equipment. -Manages escalated customer incident in a timely and effective manner. - Excellent customer service skills. Eligibility Criteria: • A+ and N+ Certification preferred and minimum 6 month to 1 year experience in Desktop Support required. • Excellent customer service skills.
