KRA of Help Desk-
• Cross check previous day call allocation & Engineer’s movement.
• Call tracking, logging, update on ERP.
• Follow up with clients randomly on call feedback (Alternatively). Refer Questions noted.
• Follow up with Team Leaders & Field Engineers for daily call report.
• Follow up day’s call closure status from Field Engineers.
• Receive CSO from engineers against call allocated & verify.
• Update call database on every day basis.
• Call allocation with Project Head every day.
• Align Engineer’s for next day’s call.
• Review today’s work & note next day work in diary.
• Take print out of pending call every day.
• Print MIS report every day.
• Record MIS Asset inventory on every day Basis.
