Leading the Service team for technical assistance. Monthly meeting with all the employees of Shillong region. Daily, Weekly & Monthly meeting with Coordinator & Service Head (Shillong). Organized functioning of the branch. Recruitment of the Region. Logistics to handle with Coordinator. Critical Issues to resolve (Accounts, Logistics, Payables & Receivables)
