Experience: 6-10 years
Salary: 50k - 60k per month
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
· Manage the annual operating budget, control labor costs, monitor F&B food costs, and maximize profitability across all departments
· Review guest feedback and systematically address any service gaps to continuously elevate satisfaction scores
