Job Opening for Construction Planning Manager
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in construction planning
Salary: 40000-50000 per month
Job Location: Guwahati
Job Responsibilities:
1. Client coordination, Liasioning with stakeholder, Client Billing, RA Bill preparation.
2. Labour subcontractor finalization, rate negotiation, Issuing work order, Labour mobilization at site
3. Development of detailed project schedules, communication of weekly & monthly targets to the site team and tracking of the progress at site along with delay analysis and catch-up plans to ensure completion of the project within the allocated time period.
4. Coordinate with the site team to explain the drawing, work methodology, resolve technical query, understand & plan material requirements.
5. Carrying out all necessary project documentations like maintaining latest drawings, materials status, labour reports, bills, preparation of DPR, WPR and MPR with photos of all sites etc.
