Job Responsibilities:
• Payroll tracking and updation
• Assisting the partners with statutory updates and compliance filing
• Coordinating with clients for arranging necessary documents and information for various outstanding submissions and compliances
• Ensuring end-to-end monitoring of statutory filings and compliances assigned for specific clients
• Coordination with external agencies for tracking status of outstanding submissions and filings and ensuring their timely resolution
• Managing various schedules and appointments for partners
• Office administration and asset lifecycle management
• Updation of trackers and MIS
• Project statement preparation and client documentation
• Compliance tracking and monitoring
• Office Facilities Management & Vendor Management
• Database management
• Providing timely updates and reports to Partners and Audit Managers about status of various filings, pending compliances and reverts, Inward and outward management
Key Skills »
Skills Required:
• Any Graduate or Post Graduate
• Candidates with good knowledge of excel will be preferred
• The candidate should be proficient in English
