Job Description »
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Parts Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parts department
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stocking of parts to ensure availability for customers and service technicians
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries, orders, and returns
• Monitor parts sales and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in automotive parts sales or management preferred
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, including inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
