Opening for Team Leader
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in customer service and team handling.
Salary: 20- 25k per month
Job Location: Guwahati
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the team to meet and exceed client expectations regarding customer service. Should be able to handle a team of 10-15 people.
Provide backup support to the team and make sure department goals are met
Track and measure individual and team goals throughout the day and on a long term basis
Provide motivational support to team members to maintain high morale and productivity
Answer incoming calls, emails and web-based submissions, directing and assisting customers as needed.
Maintaining and updating the MIS reports of the daily call records.
