Qualification: MBA/Any graduate
Experience: 6-7 years relevant experience. Experience as Plant HR preferable
Salary: 40-45K per month

1. Contract Labour Management
2. Statutory Compliance and IR
4. Employee Engagement & Employee Welfare activities
5. HR Payroll, PF, ESIC and other Benefits.
6. HR Process management
7. Training & Development
8. Regular coordination with HO, RO & other sites and bring in good practices
9. Budget Preparation & Budget Control
10. Performance Appraisal and Evaluation.
11. CSR activities
12. Overlook all the administrative & control cost
