About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in hiring for Security Guard and Housekeeping staff. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for manpower-intensive roles.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for Security Guard and Housekeeping positions
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through multiple channels (job portals, references, local networks, agencies)
Conduct interviews, background verification, and reference checks
Coordinate with site supervisors and management for manpower planning and timely deployment
Maintain recruitment records and ensure smooth onboarding process
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting Security Guards and Housekeeping staff
Strong sourcing and networking skills (local hiring expertise preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage bulk hiring
