Qualification – Graduate and above
Experience: 3-5 year in manufacturing and production industry
Salary - 20k – 25k plus incentive per month based on experience
Candidates must be flexible for night shift duties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and leave/ overtime requests
- Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
- Coordinate and supervise shift operations to ensure they meet productivity targets and quality standards.
- Train, develop and motivate staff to improve performance and meet objectives.
- Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed
- Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise during the assigned shift.
