Job Opening of HR EXECUTIVE in a Factory
Salary- 18k- 20k
Qualification- Bachelor's (Any Stream)
Experience- Minimum 2 years in HR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. On boarding of new employees
a) Proper Documentations
b) Registration and Exit of PF & Esic
c) HR Payroll Softwatre Entry
2. Manual Attendance entry of all employees, Recruitment, Preparation and coordination for ID card and Visiting cards for new joinees.
Skills:
Must be well versed in basic MS-Office/ Excel
Must have PF/ ESIC basic knowledge
