Job Opening for Customer Support Executive
Qualification: Graduation IT / Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech
Experience : 02 to 05years
Salary: 15k-25k per month .

Skills Required:
*Knowledge in hardware and software maintenance.
Responsibilities:
* Installation and resolution of problems of all network related equipment viz. Switches, Routers, Network Printers, and Scanners etc.
* Attending all maintenance and breakdown calls of equipment under AMC and maintain register for all maintenance and breakdown calls.
* Regular monitor and maintenance of the surveillance cameras.
* Routine check and maintain the Internet & LAN connection.
