Job Profile:
• Manpower Sourcing.
• Maintaining backup database of candidates (department wise)
• Recruiting process viz. coordinating & conducting written test & interview.
• Joining formalities like documentation processing of new joiners, and conduct joining formalities.
• Entry orientation program
• Handover of job description to all new joiners
• Handover of employees to their respective departments.
• Maintain employee files and handover to admin for ESIC enrollment
Job necessities:
• Should be smart, presentable and have good communication skills.
• Should have at least 1 years of experience in the relevant field.
